Roy Heller

Managing Director

Established by Roy Heller, a veteran in the cyber security space with a strong global background, boasting over a decade of experience, Roy  brings extensive management and project management experience.

Roy has gained invaluable experience in business development, international cooperation, product characterization and positioning, in addition to business relationships with government authorities, market trend analysis, and strategic planning. 

Excelling in communication, he has consistently delivered impressive results by fostering exceptional experiences within the realm of technology trade associations.

In 2016, Roy co-founded a prominent Cyber Threat Intelligence company, later on assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he successfully managed the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments, solidifying his expertise in these domains. Moreover, he has held influential positions in various cybersecurity firms, showcasing his profound understanding of emerging markets and startups.

Eyal Victor Mamou, Adv.

Head of Korean office

Eyal is a lawyer who has lived and worked in Korea since he founded KOISRA in 2009. He serves as a legal and business consultant to international companies and foreign government agencies helping them to understand and enter the Korean market. Since 2017, he serves as public director at the Israeli Export Institute. In addition, Eyal is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of KOISRA Seed Partners (KSP), a Korean based tech startups accelerator which support Korean startups to enter the global market. 

Eyal is a licensed Israeli Lawyer and holds Master in Business Law from Tel Aviv University.

Edward Wen

Head of Taiwan office

Graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1995, Edward is a successful entrepreneur with solid experience in Semiconductor, ICT, and Auto Tech industries for over 25 years. Edward is the Founder/Chairman of ADAS Mobile Tech which is representing Mobileye business in Taiwan. He is also the Secretary General of Taiwan-Israel Chamber of Commerce.

Continuously advancing the collaboration between Taiwan and Israel in multiple business sectors. Keeping very good relations with Government and Business fields in both countries. He had been the Sr. management in large US, German, and Israel companies. Very experienced in international business, High Tech, company startup & management, business expansion .
